She shouldered a grown-up's burden at an extraordinarily young age when she first defeated Vecna, and now she's still just 14 years old and finding the weight of the world on her back.

This process involves Dr. Brenner, a sensory tank and Eleven confronting her traumatic time in the Hawkins Lab.
The character Karen Wheeler is played by the popular actress Cara Buono. Karen is the mother of Nancy, Mike, and Holly and the wife of Ted Wheeler.
