房地产投资方面，1―2月份，全国房地产开发投资10115亿元，同比下降163%。其中，住宅投资7318亿元，下降160%。房地产开发企业房屋施工面积694241万平方米，同比增长29%。其中，住宅施工面积487654万平方米，增长46%。房屋新开工面积10370万平方米，下降449%。其中，住宅新开工面积7559万平方米，下降444%。房屋竣工面积9636万平方米，下降229%。其中，住宅竣工面积6761万平方米，下降243%。



基础设施投资方面，基础设施投资（不含电力、热力、燃气及水生产和供应业）同比下降303%。其中，水利管理业投资下降285%；公共设施管理业投资下降321%；道路运输业投资下降289%；铁路运输业投资下降317%。
